Provo Discoveries July 2011

We visited the Bean Museum on BYU Campus a few times this summer.
It's free and the boys absolutely love it!

This time our trip to Provo was to discover this new park. It had a HUGE water fountain in it that all the kids were playing in, ducks to feed, awesome play structures, and loads of space to run & play.

We spent alot of time in this shade watching the ducks and water.
Our very scientific, Aaron, found this "skeleton leaf" while feeding the ducks.

Afterwards, we thought we might try a new Museum on BYU Campus: Museum of Paleontology. It is also free so our standards weren't set high (since we visit Thanksgiving Point's Dinosaur Museum frequently and it's the biggest Dino museum in the world!) but we were extremely surprised as to how great this little museum was.
Their rock collection awed the boys for quite a while!

We had an absolute BLAST in this museum. Thank you BYU!
Afterwards, we stayed with Helen's family and got .50 cent ice creams at Maceys. Mmmmmmmm! Totally refreshing with this Utah heat!
