We chose a perfect day to visit Wheeler Farms up in SLC. It's an amazing Farm with old tools, barns, silos, trails, trees, and plenty of animals! All of the boys agreed when Aaron said he wished we lived there!
Daddy and Ammon got to see a baby goat getting born.
The rest of us ran to see it getting cleaned and fed. We didn't want to turn away it was so facscinating! And we loved hearing the baby goat bleat. aw!!
We walked so many trails that day because there was so much to discover! But it sure was HOT.
Ammon jumped in the cool water and Genevieve wanted to join him SO badly that Daddy eventually took off her dress and put her in!
Aaron was busy finding "collectibles" on the shore and Michael and Asher were building things out of rocks and sticks and finding awesome stones to put in their pockets!
Aaron even found a snail still in his shell.
We also got the ride of our LIVES!! We wanted a hay ride tractor tour of the whole farms! So we loaded up on the back of a tractor on top of hay and blankets and set out! Our driver had a led foot though because instead of a cozy & quiet drive through the farm, we got a race car grand prix version! Eric and I were laughing so hard and holding on tight to the kids! ;p
We can't WAIT to go back. Plans for picnicking, camping, and more exploring were made.
It's our new family favorite!
