What an epic event this was in our lives for several reasons. To name a couple:
Eric ran his firsts relay (he has only been running since last summer!!)
and this is the beginnings of Crio Bru...
Jon Fotheringham, a good friend, asked Eric to join his work team in the 187 mile, 2 day race! Eric has only started running last year but thought this sounded like fun. Jennifer joined their team as well!
On the drive Eric was impressed with Jon's excitement Crio & couldn't quit giving ideas of things he had thought of for the business. (This is how Crio Bru was born! Shortly after Eric -- who had SWORN OFF partners-- felt strongly about asking Jon to partner up with him on his Crio adventure and Jon gave a hearty YES!)
Along with other stories and adventures that could be told here, the one to forever remember is how Eric got his nickname... HOT DOG. He accidentally rubbed Icy Hot all over a place that you can imagine but that I won't name here... hee hee...
